While waiting to be called for my appointment, there was a a sudden surge of alien beings into the waiting room, The humanoid-like creatures appeared determined to capture middle to elderly aged humans for what was surely an invasive biological testing regimen. Instantaneously, Dr. Goff entered the room surrounded by a team of most capable assistants and immediately vanquished the beings and put a stop to the about to happen intergalactic medical crimes against Earth humanity. The Force is with Dr. Goff. Schedule with Dr. Goff, see the Force, feel the Force, use the Force. Live long and prosper.

I think I just happen to have the BEST doctor in Dallas. He listens to what I tell him and goes to work on the diagnosis. He gives good advice. He is very kind to me, unlike other doctors I have had who rush in, rush out and don't listen. I highly recommend my Doc!

Dr Goff has treated me for over 20 years and he always has been great at diagnosing and treating. He gets you in or gets you on telemedicine same day you need it. I had a heart attack several years ago and he walked into the ER, determined instantly that I needed more attention put a nitroglycerin pill under my tongue, got multiple Cardiologists working on me and after the triple bypass I realized that he saved my life.
Now 75, still active, trust him with my life.

Earlier this month, I asked Dr. Goff's office about my lab results, particularly regarding my lungs and the cough I was having for months. I received a curt response saying that we'd review those results at my appt on Aug. 29. I replied asking for details and if I could be prescribed something else for my cough in the meantime. No one responded.
On Aug. 29, after waiting about an hour in the examining room (while also hearing Dr. Goff have casual conversations with others just outside the door for most of that time -- so why the delay?), he came in to see me. We did not cover my lab results. Neither of them indicated any abnormalities or cause for alarm (according to my interpretation of them), so why could I have not been told of that sooner rather than charging for an office visit...or was that the purpose?
When I met with him, he said he'd give me samples for a medication, but as I was leaving, I had to ask the nurse for them. Before I even finished my sentence, she said the name of the one he wanted me to have, but she seemed unphased and offered no apologies for the oversight.
The next day, I received a call from his office saying that Dr. Goff wanted me to do an echo. Why wasn't I told of that before I left so I can do it right there? Dr. Goff also wanted me to have a CT scan of my chest. I have the papers for the order, but they were not sent over to SW Imaging. When I called SWI to schedule, they said they needed the order first. Why wasn't it sent to them already?
In summary, the office seems loosely organized and not keen on being on time. There was a time about a month or so ago that I waited in the lobby to be seen. Almost an hour went by when I went to the front desk to reschedule before leaving. No apologies for the delay, no attempts at finding out what was causing the delay. Very disappointing.
